Manager of Feasibility

The Feasibility Manager is responsible for proposing appropriate HCP locations for a trial if deemed well-suited and interest has been confirmed, as well as providing a detailed analysis for trials that are not well-suited for Javara or our healthcare partners.  This position reports to the Director of Trial Analysis and Activation and directly supports the analysis and development of strategic solutions for potential trial opportunities.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Promote the mission of Javara with primary guiding principle of patient safety and well-being and building and maintaining a culture that combines the highest standard of integrity with excellence to all those Javara serves.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Analysis/feasibility of trial opportunities to include assessment of patient access, space, capacity, equipment and diagnostic service access, and investigator interest (list is not all-inclusive)
  • Conduct trial analysis that leads to predictable outcomes including interrogation of patient and healthcare data in accordance with SOPs and HIPAA
  • Feasibility questionnaire, and related questionnaire/survey completion
  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Finance, Regulatory, Operations, Business Development and Healthcare Partners
  • Updating internal systems for tracking status and activities of each trial opportunity
  • Assist operations staff with PSV scheduling and preparation as needed
  • Support the maintenance of data to facilitate efficient assessment of patient access
  • Support the maintenance of industry databases used to identify Javara sites/investigators for prospective trials
  • Support the preparation for and presentation on Javara team meetings owned by Trial Analysis and Activation
  • Actively manage and prioritize workload to obtain optimum productivity, accuracy, and quality
Ensure professional and timely correspondence with internal stakeholders and external clients; always present a professional and positive image of Javara

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional environment.  This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, laptops, phones, photocopiers, and printers with sitting in an upright position and doing computer related work 100% of the time (i.e. frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day).

Travel Requirements

This position requires minimal travel to other Javara locations.

Required Education or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in clinical research industry; site operations experience preferred
  • Knowledgeable of study specific protocols as well as regulations and guidance for the conduct of clinical trials per the ACRP Core Competency Guidelines
  • Exceptional time management, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while demonstrating excellent client service
  • Ability to effectively operate Microsoft Office applications
